The Ecologenic movement is not content with the mental and moral state of the “outraged”, but must mobilize us all by becoming “determined”. We must draw the forces of all the ancestral force, the need for change and economic liberation, from all the archetypal values of human conscience and nationality that every citizen must defend whatever his country, without fear that it will imply loss of respect or enmity with other nations. Just as no one respects any mother more than those who love hers, no one respects other nations more than the one who loves one’s own.

            Intuition is also a force that must develop in the mass and especially in environmental leaders. And it is only developed permanently by those who meditate deeply in Love, keeping the coherence between Feeling, Thinking, Saying and Doing. Look inside each one and you will see how consistent you have in these four steps of accomplishment. It will certainly improve their life whoever does it, but the Ecologist leader, as well as a Government Executive in an Ecologenic Society, must already have this matter resolved before claiming any leadership. How could someone incoherent who feels one thing serve the social pool, thinks another way a while later, says something different, and does anything else?

            This is how we have in the Age of Moneycracy a degenerate, cowardly, hypocritical political caste, who instead of showing respect, lives fighting and insulting his colleagues, who promises and does not comply, who “governs” in the service of stateless interests, who never speaks of Love and who are probably very few individuals who really know what love is , even personally, since even marriage is for the majority an economic agreement, a commercial society, above all else.

            The spiritual question is the marrow of Ecology. In Humanity the totality of the aspirations of each individual is preformed, the inexorable homogeneity of a human group; with the awareness that the Constitution of the State is participatory, not merely representative and the State must always be lay, the guiding basis of the Ecologenia will be secured. The most powerful spiritual bonds are given by the awareness and enthusiasm of a People who feel that each compatriot is “his family”, even if each has a particular religion. Thanks to national solidarity, they found a deep community, as no thought can.

            The recovered solidarity instinct opens the treasure and mother’s bosom of all fertile and creative forces. Therein lies the cause of every revolutionary force, and with it, the birth of a new story. However, it should be noted:

A) Intuition without an informant idea is blind. Instinctive impulse means in itself only affirmation and elevation of life. That’s why the birth of cultural goods needs the information and suggestion of a great idea.

B) Intuition is, however, the essential budget of the provision to accept the formative idea.

            A large number of intellectuals lacked this budget. They were intellectually well-educated and trained, but lacked intuition. Therefore, many of them could not understand the great idea of the Ecologenic world which, however, they have imagined in their technological aspects, as if technology alone could solve all problems and give rise to the existential happiness of peoples. As we have well-proven practical scientists, the theoretical wise are enemies of the facts, they are frightened when they do not fit their gridded minds. What we need to reorient the fate of Humanity, is Love, Intelligence and Will, with a good dose of the purest warrior instinct, that allows us to advance despite all the obstacles that will undoubtedly put before us the delusions of power who fear losing their disguised empires, their “chess board” where they consider us pieces of their game , even if we are pawns, horses, towers or even kings.

            Ecology is nationalistic and patriotic, tolerant to the extent permitted by the essential ethics, metaphysic only in its scientific sense, participatory over the tool of representative functions, humanitarian without falling into anthropocentrism, environmentalist without absurdities or fanaticism. Its economy, which we call Econogenia, is merely a tool for The true destiny of Man, not its condition or its ultimate goal. The name, essence, content, direction and meaning of the Ecologenic Movement, is something that leaders should be very clear about, because of all the political philosophies and theories existing in the past, the terms that might be more appropriate to a political expression, have been left to the verbiage of charlatan and lying politicians, or adulterated in their concepts by taboos and historical embezzlements.

            Ecology means the most natural way of life of the Human Being as a community, without prejudice to technological aid; politically represents the harmonious insertion of the individual into the community, as well as the environment, where the mother of northern Russia, with the girl in Argentina, the man who flees the great city on a weekend, with the Aboriginal who never left Nature, meet their point of unity. Deep down, Love itself, even if you experience such disparate experiences, the intelligence itself, even if one uses it to pay the mortgage and the other to continue swimming and fishing in the river, defending as much as possible its way of life invasions of “civilization”. The same will to be Happy, whatever place you live and the diversity of environmental conditions and whatever the concept of “Happiness” or rather, whatever the belief about what is necessary to obtain it. Ecology allows to harmonize all forms of life to improve them, the burdens of any kind, personal and group to get rid of them and – above all – so that the interaction between individuals and with all Nature is evolutionary and happy.

            The individual becomes an ecology, a conscious member of a high community. He is responsible to the whole of his people, his fatherland, before his conscience and with all his will and his action. Ecology is the exact opposite, to which Marxism has characterized as socialism, and quite the opposite of what liberalism, with its philosophy of individualism, has inserted into the minds of humanity. We’re not like bees or ants, but we’re not lone bugs competing against each other either. We have a community spirit, yes, and we must be able to kill or die to defend our community, its values and its freedom, but we are also individuals with critical, analytical, participatory, absolutely self-aware thinking, unable to obey blindly, mobilized and willing to do anything not only for the ideallogenic, but by the deepest intellectual understanding of it and everything that implies. Many wish to “save the world” and in their helplessness and naivety, they end up volunteering on NGGs manipulated by economic power centers. Now is the time to move on to eliminating the causes of hunger in the world, rather than lengthening the agonies of the hungry. Now is the time to put an end to the causes of the genocide, instead of protesting those before and following today.

            Only a true patriot can one day deserve the title of “citizen of the world” that many are awarded without stopping to think about what they are saying. It’s like saying he can get in and out of anyone’s house. A Patriot is someone who struggles to improve the conditions of his own country, rather than flattering his ego with excuses of “awareness” trying to help other nations with always insufficient palliatives. So Ecology does not attack the symptoms and miseries caused by global control plans, but attacks the causes of social disease, and does so mainly by example. There will already be time to help other nations, but this will not be as a palliative – except for natural disasters – but politically, helping to establish Assembly governments, Ecologists, freeing them from the farce of the parties of false democracies, but first, each has to put order in his own home, in his own homeland…

            Ecology is not “charitable”, does not seek to provide transient palliatives, nor will it create hospitals just to keep millions of patients who continue to fill the coffers of the merchants of mortal medicine, but must do so to attack the causes of disease. To this end, the Ecologenic Program includes the renewal of medicine, the abolition of ultra-fast commercial allopathy (without loss of the part of the allopathy that actually serves). It is not a question of keeping asylums, to hide in the eyes of the people the victims of economic raving and official psychiatry, which considers man a thinking machine that is fixed with pills. It is more a question of erecting an economic order that makes these victims scarce and purely accidental, and that enthusiasm and vocational orientation, coupled with existential security, eliminate the statistical table of “depressed” and “stopped for medical causes”, unless those causes actually exist and that will be real in a small number if the economic scourges of society are removed.

            That is why Ecologenia does not part of compassion or mercy, does not hand out alms or talk about social submergedness, but gives rights and recognizes claims. It does not expect the appreciation of those who have received a right, but rather urges individuals to participate and win it.

            Ecologenia will once again create for the whole of the world – not for a class – an optimal use of the space vital for its development and public power, with the greatest technical and political intelligence on the environment, with a fair distribution of the lands, without this being an obstacle to the existence of private property. But also considering aid so that owners should not leave their land, so that they are not infertile, abandoned and – as has been the case so far in many countries – loaded with such tax arrears that they end up in the hands of a state that does not know what to do with them. In Ecologenia, as already explained in previous books, there is no “property tax” and virtually no tax, because the State is not a “company” or a feudal tyrant, but from an economic point of view, who controls and manufactures the money necessary to oil the social machinery, which moves with the energy of work , not with the usury money drug.

            Ecologenia contains as an essential trace, the rejection of international and liberalism, the return to the purest and most fanatisms-free popular tradition, the re-installation of democratic authority underpinned by conscience and participatory consensus, community as a fundamental starting point for the total consideration of life. Society, the economy and the law are structured according to the principles of social justice. A strong foreign policy will seek the realization of all the demands abroad and the dissemination of Ecology, respecting every idiosyncrasy and never imposing it by force as Marxism did with the result of fifty million dead, or liberalism with many more dead, especially hunger. Nothing is stronger and more permanent in time than example; and weapons must be nothing more than to defend each other’s homeland, nor to invade others.

            The sense of Ecologenia is national with the total impetus of a new experience of old and hidden essence, because it seeks that way of life to which every individual and every people have always aspired. Those who collaborate in the creation and construction of the State, which are all citizens, cannot receive a social alms at best, but the State as such has a duty to worry about everything its members may need. It is impossible in an environmental state that they exist unemployed for lack of employment. Where there are people who charge without work, the bad thing is not that they charge, but do not work, because this constitutes a unique and exclusive aberration of market civilization and from The Marxism or False Socialism that serves liberalism only by the name of some parties and some of the worst measures of Marxism.

            Paying people who do not work is degrading to the state who is evidenced as a group of inepts for politics and even for the simple management of material and human resources (if not directly complicit in the international sinarky slaver), and even more degrading is for the individual, to whom television stupidization (cause of political and social embellishment) has made himself incapable of self-management and hopes that “Dad State” serves him.

            From an economic point of view, Ecologing seeks an economy that meets all needs and can do so with more abundance and variety than today’s markets, but with access to the best qualities for all citizens.

            What needs to be changed to make these things come true? It may, like all Ecology, seem like a utopia to weak minds and comfortable slaves, but the key is not so difficult to understand: The economy has been in the last millennium or little longer, a constant pursuit of “profitability” rather than a service for the production of goods and services. This momentum must be made to the minds of economists, producers and professionals, because we do not dress with money, but with fabrics, nor eat banknote salads, but vegetables and animal products, nor drink coin broth, but milk, wine, water and a thousand liquids that – like all of the above – are not produced by money, but by the work of the peasant in the first place , then the manufacturing, the industry and finally, thanks to the distribution made by the trader. When each does his work without tax burdens, with vocational guidance, with the cybernetics applied to distribution and – above all – without having to think about the particular “profitability”, the abundance of resources will force the State to reduce working hours and orient more leisure towards activities of spiritual, cultural and sporting growth.

            The Econogenia, as part of ecology, is first, a necessary fact and then a theory, because it is about recovering the most basic rights of the individual and society, although to realize such theory must be clear in the minds of citizens. It is first a faith in the “self” of each one and then a knowledge, because every citizen must learn to imagine the Ecologenic world and enjoy it emotionally from the very moment he begins to understand it;; first an intuition that leads us to see the realization of our best dreams and then a theoretical system apprehensible for reason.

Chapter Three
ELEMENTS OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL WORLD

            Ecology is a conception of the world, the only healthy and natural one that exists, it is not just a political theory. It understands equally all the men who share with their most intimate disposition this worldview, places it in a participatory organic community and rescues the values that each can bring for the whole.

l.- The Econogenia is a reunion with the natural economy;  and for this reason it is a current contrary to liberalism, Marxism and oblivious to materialistic rationalism at outrage. Man is a producer and consumer to the extent of the natural, but those aspects should only serve the Being Who Is, Man as a happy creature in a Harmonic Universe.

            Liberalism and Marxism, as well as all its derivatives or rather “ideological ghosts”, are the opposite of what Man really is; for this reason they will be severely fought. Ecologenism is also directed against misunderstood Cartesian false rationalism, of which they call themselves “skeptical” and only maintain theories without practice and disdain the superior capacities of human psychology; we must combat this false rationalism that nullifies the imagination of the masses on the one hand and perverts them on the other with all kinds of commercial banalities manipulating their emotions.

            It is over-understood that the Ecologenist worldview and its program unequivocally emphasizes respect for all religious confessions and beliefs, even if they are definitively separated from all power over the state, because it is the only way for a true Freedom of Worship to exist.

II.- Ethics: Its essence is Respect and it is essential in Ecologenia, that the conception of the world, stands out before all science, the value of the human spiritual character and the feeling of Love that must mobilize every work in the community. “Life is the greatest treasure, only when it is lived worthily; the Fatherland and its soil cannot be managed economically by private powers, honor, understood as Loyalty and Dignity in balance – the resulting of which is Freedom – is more valuable than the highest dividends and the people are above the sum of all their business” (Robert Medrojo).

III.- Individual and collective: Humanity is composed of three basic races: Yellow, Aria and Black. Today’s societies are mixed up to thirty percent in the most developed countries and nearly fifty percent in the Americas. In addition, thanks to commercial, social, educational, etc. interaction, today it has almost no country with the possibility of unification by racial groups to carry out a coherent plan based on values of some predominant race (depends on the country). It could occur in Africa, where some countries are Black in near-total majorities, but their ethnic and cultural differences make a coherent race-based plan impossible. On the contrary, attempts around the world have ended in massacres, criminal “ethnic cleansing.” But there are cultural differences to respect, if we want the various groups to coexist harmoniously. At the same time, it is necessary to rescue and educate about the spiritual and psychic characteristics common to all human beings, so that the global society will be reunited and an evolutionary stage begins.

            There is a certain creative spirit in each collective and the Ecologenia must draw from each one, as from each individual, the best it can bring to the common good. It is necessary to learn – both peoples and individuals – that Respect is the most necessary form for survival and that being the most basic form of Love, it is the first step in establishing the coexistence so harmonious that everyone dreams of. The subsistence of Man as a species on Earth depends on this no longer being a utopia in the minds of majorities.

IV.- Culture in an Econogenic Environment. Every people and individual has an artistic capacity, some cultural inclination. Rescue these qualities in each person, give two results: The first is that some will have in their artistic expression their authentic vocation and will undoubtedly be the best and “famous”. Unlike market models, used to condition and steer the masses towards trends that are convenient to factual powers, these artists will shine on their own, they will not require advertising. The second result is that all peoples will have more or less their popular expressions, which will determine “new traditions” that will rescue the purest archetypes that each collective has. In some places the term “folkloric” is already used as a contemptuous, synonymous with deciduous, obsolete or old-fashioned. Folklores, which are actually the expression of the collective spirit and all its values, have been thoroughly destroyed to subject the minds of the masses to materialism. Destroying folklore, classical works in any expression, has been a conscientious fact, because to subdue a people, you have to destroy their spirit. And this has been achieved by destroying his songs, his dances, his rituals, his ancestral art.

            While many “traditions” are actually harmful because they have been engrossed in society for centuries (or millennia), folklore must be rescued to preserve the previous, primordial and pure traditions that every people has. Only good cultural development, free from the scourges of the market, can do such a work.

            The “people” is more than the sum of the individuals who live today: it is the chain of generations that begins with the becoming of the people and extends to generations that have not yet been born, passing over the present into the future. Therefore, we must consider and rescue ancestral values because they are not only our heritage, but of our descendants, while at the same time having an ethical obligation (and more or less the desire in many) to forge the foundations of an evolutionary future for our successors.

            The individual man is a cultural, economic, social and biologically linked member to a community, with which he has obligations in exchange for all the benefits that the whole produces.

            The State is the form of organization of a national collective, a means for the affirmation and development of the unity of the people. All these concepts must be sustained and encouraged by artistic expressions, and in reality all folklores express it in one way or another.

 V.- The Races: Each one is different, each has values that others can appreciate and must respect, instead of achieving total homogeneity based on messtation, as the minion anthropologists of the market intended. Today, more than ever, we can see how heterogeneous human society is. On the one hand, there is in this process a biological and intellectual cost that countless human beings pay in different ways, but on the other hand there is a reactive effect, which forces individuals and groups to fight with all their might to get rid of the chains imposed by the usury economy, the perversion of the arts, political deceptions and mass idiocy.  The heterogeneization of humanity has hindered its control according to the metapolitical plans of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, since they assumed and suggested that the half-things would produce an “all equal”. They got it the other way around. However, in some countries the care of the race that has formed it may be of importance to its leaders.

            The whole situation has forced the “powerful” to adapt their plans through technological crutches to accentuate control (TV cameras everywhere, extreme controls on displacements, prefabricated terrorism, chips and microchips, etc.), but despite the biological cost caused by mestification, much of humanity has begun to look for values that are beyond race , more deeply rooted in the Soul, which connect him to others, so that each person and each collective must become aware Ecologenic, confident that the deeper he diverges into human characteristics, the more affinities are found in individuals of any race.

            The worst differences are in the archetypes that some groups possess, which impel them to be slaves. That is where differences are insalvable and peoples must learn to differentiate the real enemies, who will be the ones who whin to them against other nations – as has been the case for millennia – in order to profit and advantage from conflict.

Saw. Ideologies: Deep down, all human beings have identical existential problems, similar feelings about some things, and equals in most basic matters; we all have the same global problems, the same dangers, the same and deep desire for freedom, equal ideals of justice, god himself, although mentally conceived in infinite different ways. However, the method intended to realize these ideals has caused the worst wars.

            Motivated by power interests, slavers of all eras have kept their particular “ideology” and plans secret; they have executed them very cunningly, prompting peoples to highlight differences and try to lead them through wars. In the old days and today, through religious fanaticism and/or on economic pretexts, but the worst wars of the twentieth century – with the exception of the two world wars – have been promoted through the crude “ideological difference” of communism and capitalism. The latter, seasoned with the euphemism of “economic liberalism” or “free market”. The two world wars, on the other hand, were therefore two attempts (or practically realizations) to abolish usury. Today this risk has been minimized by the exhaustion and disappointment of societies, with regard to the wonders offered by the supposed democracies and both ideological extremes.

            What the metapolitics of international banking are now intended, since the beginning of the s. XXI, it is the clash of Islamic societies with Christian ones, but the ghost of “right and left” continues to swarm among nations, in order to maintain the game that allows them to use political castes, infiltrate their lackeys into parties and finally into governments when they need to take the reins directly.

            However, the goal of the global chess game of these Machiavellian subjects is the elimination – in one way or another – of a large part of the world’s population, because the current system is ecologically, economically and demographically unsustainable, even if humanity ceases to reproduce. Earth can hold many billions more, people in optimal conditions of life and evolution, but this requires the abandonment of the power of those who hold it.

            Ecology is not an “ideology” but pure knowledge of Nature and its application in human politics; aims to open humanity’s eyes on this sad global reality generated by slavery, but moving immediately to peaceful and firm action, through the establishment of the assembly system (see “Assembly Constitution”), by presenting a plan that allows, without allowing the demographic problem to end the ecosystem, giving a healthy development of the present and future generations. The Plan includes “Econogenia”, i.e. a scientific, ecologically and demographically applied economy, suitable to human beings itself, but the economy itself does not constitute an ideology or the fundamental ideological basis as in communism or capitalism.

            In Ecology, the Econogenia is merely a scientific instrument at the service of a superior ideal, a tool that is part of a worldview where man is one more element in the evolution of Beings and Nature all. Silo’s “humanism” turns out to be an anthropocentrism, which regards other beings (animals and plants) as God-given “objects” to be dominated by man.

            The Ecologenic worldview considers man to be a major Natural Kingdom (not “superior”) evolving over the other known Kingdoms, which we call “Minors” – which is not “inferior” – (mineral, plant and animal) and does not rule out the possible existence of Natural Kingdoms Greater than Man, but does not base on spiritual assumptions safety, health, harmony, abundance and happiness for human society.

VII Concepts: Therefore, the Econogenia is a form of economy that matches and serves the Ecologenia, therefore includes:

1) Respect for ecology and its laws,

2) Respect for all beings -animals, plants and the planet itself, within a natural order.

3) Demographic control On this third point there is a great deal of information, the basic details of which would already double the size of this book, therefore it remains for another volume, but this demographic control should not be confused with the eugenics practiced in some times, let alone with the policy of controlled genocide that is being carried out today, through the pauperization of nations , wars, famines and the preparation of a long-term biological activation genocide, as is the case with some vaccines, nanotechnological and microbiological applications through covert fumigations (chemical slaes).

4) Science without dogmas, without curricular personal interests or – less than less – economic for individuals. Scientists of market civilization may believe that this would limit them in their developments, however, quite on the contrary, ecology and econogenia allow any intelligent civilization a full, constant, almost infinite expression of all its scientific potential, since their research will not depend on an interested individual who subsidizes them, but on a whole state that at the same time provides them with help and , monitors their ethical development.

5) Vocational work: The distribution of work by strict vocational adequacy, as well as – stricter still – selection by suitability, in all positions of some responsibility, that do not admit even minimum gaps. The life of the Environmental citizen must be a permanent satisfaction, thanks to the work that satisfies not only his personal economy, but his Soul, his intellect, his needs for creative expression. In Nature there are infallible numerical patterns, and this is entirely true in the statistical distribution of capacities, talents, abilities and the whole set of factors that make vocation an essential part of human nature. A collective may stand out especially in something, but every set of people increases their effectiveness in survival, normal life and in the development of their society, the better distributed the functions that are required. A slave society always ends up in self-extinction, even when there is no chance of rebellion.

            On the other hand, a vocationally organized society reaches levels of productive effectiveness in all orders, which can hardly be imagined by disorganized societies in vocation, either because they are subjected to money or by mere political ignorance of their leaders, on this issue.

            There are jobs for which there is apparently no person with a vocation for them, however, these tasks, however hard, by risky or unpleasant to most, are always carried out by those who find in them some kind of motivation. Psychologists and work organizers are tasked with locating people in the work that are most appropriate and satisfying to them.

6) Historical recovery: History has been misrepresented to such an extent through factual interests, academic dictatorships and literary embezzlements, that it will be arduous to recover, through intensive interdisciplinary, historical realities containing myriad values. This book, like all those related to Ecologenia, is largely the product of this recovery, since a great deal of things about past civilizations, the examples of which we must follow, have been firmly concealed. There are myriad scientific issues of very high value that we should inherit from ancient cultures, but it is not possible to collect such an inheritance when we are led to believe that all the ancients were brute, violent, degenerate, clumsy, unen software or medicine.

7) Balance between individual and society: Market civilization has been undermining the moral and spiritual foundations of all peoples, turning their motivations and values into a simple obsessive need to make money. It has made the individual a simple number, a productive and consumer mass, and at the same time isolated it from its fellowmen like no other has done in ancient times. People do not see Human Beings in other people, but as “co-workers” who have to endure, as suppliers or as customers, who need to be squeezed. All the ideas of convenience of most people were being left in the strictly economic, commercial, monetary sphere. Nefarious slogans such as “you have both vouchers” and others of the style, said in principle as a denunciation, were being left as social axioms, as topics publicly accepted and practically indisputable.

            The Ecologist has the magnificent and challenging task of understanding and then spreading, the idea that the good, what is really valid, is what serves the development of life, beyond an individual, because only what is good for the people, through the generations, is what guarantees the material and spiritual well-being of the current individual. It cannot be good for us today, what its current use may be a scourge for generations to come. Natural values and the ethical concept of good and good are eternal.

8) Advanced Medicine:
         Peoples in more “developed” countries appear to be less biologically damaged, but in reality they are better supported by a more varied diet and an astonishingly dense drug market. It is rare to find someone who does not use at least one medication regularly and the vast majority have more than five medicines on their light tables. In Ecologenia, medicine considers allopathy, just one more therapeutic alternative. On the other hand, the production of medicines and the general control of health, being so strategic, must be in the hands of the Assembly State, so that they meet the highest academic and practical requirements, as a whole. The State ensures that only those who have a true vocation occupy careers in all professions. That is why a country with minimal resources, a heterogeneous population, and little territory, could develop equal to the greater power in territory and population.

            Thanks to drugs, poor food, junk food, abusive fluoride use, the global scam of vaccines and other substances that are slowly undermining physical and mental health, the percentage of people normally developed and without physical or psychological tares, does not exceed five percent of the population in most countries today. People with optimal development, i.e. with IQs greater than 125 ICs, perfect health and noble psychology, are real exceptions. Ecologenia has already been criticized for “making value judgments” (anonymous criticism, of course). Is it an unfair “value judgment” when a doctor makes a diagnosis? Would it cure anyone if there were prejudices about it? The real answer is that “value judgments” as if they were an insane attitude are part of political chatter induced the masses to activate their prejudices at the convenience of the tyrannies of moneycracy. We always judge, and we could not live or live together if we did not make all kinds of judgments, regardless of whether we condemn or not, whether we say it or not, whether we act on those judgments or not.

            Political teaching should not give up intervention in the biological improvement of humanity in the future, making use of science but with an unimpeachable ethic and without intervention of religious beliefs. Otherwise, the world’s people would be made up of a few more decades, absolutely slaves, unable to think, reason, controlled by chips or medicines, which is already happening in much of Europe, usa, Canada and many Latin American countries.

            In the face of this reality, the need for intervention by the medicine of Ecologenia to reorient human evolution is imperative. From an economic point of view, today’s peoples as sick peoples, stunned by media and drugs, can only serve slave interests, and this medical-social improvement may turn out to be the most difficult and complex part of the Ecologenic plan, especially if we consider existing information on global fumigations, demographic control plans for progressive extermination and that are carried out by the owners of the system , and its weapon most unknown to the masses and barely understood by scientific collectives who are not complicit: nanotechnology.

9) Spirituality, ethics and militarism. Militarism has been the only thing that has kept people safe from slavery, even if the slaver also uses military discipline – especially with deception – to subdue the masses. The question is not whether militarism is good or bad, but, like the economy, is a tool to defend and benefit people, or is used for the opposite. Mercenary is a form of prostitution of the Warrior. The war for money is going and he’s no longer Guerrero, but a violent idiot in the service of the slaver. The authentic Warrior only obeys blindly in a certain situation, when he has known and knows his superior very deeply, to such a point that he would give his life for him and for the ideals that his army represents. Nothing to do with the real military, with what the media has instilled in the “pacifist” masses, or those who hide their cowardice and pusillanimity behind the flag of peace. The peace of the slave is not peace, but a contained war.

The heroic militarism that remains a symbol of the highest values, is only seen in some movies and video games, but players have no idea of those values, virtues and acts in practice. There are people who are in no way prepared for military training, there is not their nature. However, all who have done military service when it was obligatory, still not in any war and despite the harshness of experience in some cases, count that era with pride. For most, certainly the time of life that most healthy pride gives them, apart from all the other considerations and criticisms they can make of their commanders, of the political system in which they lived, and apart from some exceptional cases of “military trauma”, in any case much less than the labor trauma suffered today millions of people , which are even purposely injured so as not to go back to work and collect a pension.

            The sense of militarism by which Ecologenia must be known before the world is not an organization for destruction and death but, a warrior virtue and struggle as salvation and ordering of the new life, of a New Humanity. From the warrior comes feeling and spiritual power. In this spirit Beethoven created his third symphony, “The Heroic”, from such a spirit his words were born: “strength is the moral of men, which characterizes them first and foremost”, and: “I want to grasp to fate by the neck”. This does not even remotely imply hatred of other peoples, but the preparation for the best results in the search for the ethical and spiritual transcendence of all individuals, as well as a genuine capacity for survival, coexistence in difficult situations and national defense in case slave groups (internal or foreign) intend to destroy the Assembly System and the Ecologenic Doctrine.

            A construction of anything, carried out with military discipline by well-fed and educated young people, lovers of their homeland and militarily trained architects, will do better tasks, in extremely lower times, with lower personnel and with also lower costs. The armies in Ecology, without prejudice to their war preparation, must serve to build, rather than to destroy.

10) Agrarian and urban reform: The land of the nation is not a commodity or a mere factor of production, but a piece of the universe, an indispensable condition for the life of the people who, in most of the Fatherlands, was defended at their borders, with blood and suffering through generations.

            Without private ownership ceased to exist, the State has an obligation to make rural land allow the population to be fed, while absorbing the population excesses that exist in cities. That is why land reform of this magnitude is needed in almost every country in the world, in order to avoid the abandonment of land, the aberrant mass deforestation and the unjust housing shortages that millions of people suffer.             Beyond the self-suedness of food, a return to national sources of raw materials must be achieved in order to create work, as long as it does not harm the economy as a whole and is feasible and convenient. Each people must help themselves, feed themselves, and stock up; only in this way will he achieve external freedom again and be able to secure his or her compatriots’ work, and with it, the possibility of maintaining their lives and progress.

            A policy of planned colonization will give a large part of the population, again, the feeling of the homeland, and permanence on earth. Regarding the laws of urbanization and distribution of the land, there are some important reflections already made in previous pages.

Viii. Political Science    
1. All science is political science, that is, it must serve the life and education of the national, democratic and political man as participatory and conscious, knowing at least the fundamental foundations of politics as a science derived from psychosociology but fully applied in the practical field.

            Ecologenia books should be held as study manuals from the first year of high school, even if their bases are taught earlier, appropriate to primary school. Maybe now, so current and even a schematic breaker, it’s like a history book. But they will be of constant teaching for generations, because even if many changes lead to new worldviews, this is like the four operations of arithmetic. There will also be scientific advances in politics, since the Human Being is, like all creatures, evolutionary and politics will adapt to its evolution.

            Culture, science and civilization must collaborate in the realization of nationality, because without it as a premise, it is impossible to aspire to a global policy worthy of human beings. The problem of science depends on man and his character. Selfish interests, fear, fanaticism and other psychological causes in individuals and groups have slowed the advance of science. Goethe said, “It is only true what is healthy fruitful.”

2. We all have to work together. Representatives of culture, especially politicians, sages, artists, teachers, as well as all those who have goodwill, should collaborate in the constitution and elaboration of an “Ecologist Culture”.

            The driving force and ideas that make up the future are given in the books of Ecologenia. It is necessary that the moving forces be objective and highlighted, so that anyone can understand them.

            The main convocation addresses poets and artists, sages and philosophers to descend from their special contemplative existence, from their imaginary ideal, to national reality with their struggles and unrest, their needs and ideals.             The creator men must project, from the basics, the image, and make aware of the thriving Ecologenic and national movement in each country, rescue the values of the Fatherlands and clarify their direction and meaning, to fulfill the mission of training men and creating a different story to that known to this day. An Ecologenic world must live in harmony with the rest of the Universe, with an abundance of goods and services without harm to the global ecosystem, without genocide, hunger, miseries and injustices, without each country losing its cultural values, without each person losing its individuality, even if we manage to develop a series of common points to – based on respect – interact, live and feel protected by the same Ecologenic flag , as well as the fatherland to which we belong and in which we live. This is the meaning of The Environmental culture.

            Anyone who thinks this is a utopia should realize that when they think about it, he is becoming an enemy of that ideal that the vast majority of humans desire in their hearts. Unfortunately, a movement with these guidelines, destined to change slavery for freedom and not in simple theory, cannot have mere viewers, but only protagonists. Intentionally or not, you’ll be on one side or the other. It is only necessary for the ideal to be moved to mind, so that the arms, voice and Spirit of Will may make it a reality. At what point is the Reader located? Do you want the world to follow how it is? There are local leaders, who will be responsible drivers for the destinations in your community. These leaders will be the ones who choose from their ranks, the most capable, the most responsible and committed to the cause. It is true that majorities must elect authorities or democratically referendums, but they can only do so to the extent that they actively participate in the Assemblies, which spend time and mental effort to understand their situations and problems, both in form and in substance. The Assemblies will still end in many places, with a small group of people leading. For these leaders will not be mere obedient to the popular mandate “per se,” but all their decisions will have both the popular mandate and the well-debated judgment and assurance that what is done will be the best. The Assemblies will not be mere meetings to vote on leaders, but that “pre-procedure” will proceed to analyze with all the intelligence of the whole, anything that must be resolved. However, it is the leader who must explain, convince with reason, moderate and finally determine and decide.

            For leaders, the great idea (it should not simply be understood a thought) is the authentic evolution of the People, peaceful, healthy, pluralistic, the greatest work that can be undertaken, therefore, is the source of a great enthusiasm capable of satisfying every day of a lifetime. Only a personality of spiritual depth and moral purity can ignite a true enthusiasm in others as well. Before a doctrine – and this is eternal law – leaders must acquire temperance and hardness like steel, be prepared for everything. Be able to serve as an example in all the basic things of survival, military driving, without falling too short in any basic scientific field.

            Ecologenic leaders must have a broad culture, but that does not mean that they are “full of data,” but capable of using everything they know and be willing to serve the highest ideals of their entire nation, thereby indirectly contributing to all nations of the world.

            For the Ecologenic leader, governing is just another form of high service to the people, but that must take care of and know to some extent all the others (jobs, services, industries, research, education, security…) and manage them with interdisciplinary criteria.

            At some points in history, great, charismatic and crowd-governing personalities were necessary with honor and justice, but today extremely heterogeneous society, with myriad criteria, cultural traits, education and different archetypes, living in any country, makes such personalities unviable as absolute leaders, who are unwilling to accept populations because of the world-established belief of market owners , that every absolutist in history has been bad, tyrannical, etc.. The great Ecologenic movement can only be formed unitarily by the bond of respect between people of the most dissimilar, so that leaders must be able to find the commonalities that all the people of their community possess, come from the place of the world, culture, education, religious excerpt or special collective whatever.

            However, the natural guidelines for the work of the leader are the same as in a homogeneously conformed people: Love, Intelligence and Will as a spiritual basis, and their moral manifestations: Honor, Loyalty and Dignity.

            With these qualities in action, he will be recognized by his compatriots and certainly, after an uptime he must climb positions if no people appear better equipped for politics than he does. However, the Assembly system prevents “climbers” from being able to act. In a people who cease to be “politically illiterate” and willing to achieve the goals that Ecologenia proposes, the leader should not worry about attaining any power. He will be chosen for every thing, the one that has the best conditions, so that all his concern must be to meet the agreed objectives and to be taught permanently and fully in the aspects of the Ecologenic system and in the Econogenia, which will have, as an instrument, the highest percentage of citizens’ attention.

            With the authority of the President and a strong Board of Directors of the National Assembly, the union, form, order, discipline, common alignment and conduct is born: the foundation and principle of a new education, whatever the condition of heterogeneity of the people.

            All the great political movements in history (on the side of the “good” as on the side of the “bad” according to history and media), have formed youths specially trained in the doctrine of the movement, in political work and in security functions. Ecologenia should not rule out the formation of an EJE (Ecological Youth), which is responsible for the dissemination and teaching of politics while officially doing so in schools. At least a couple of generations of young people will have to play this role that older people will not be able to play because of decreased natural sociability and because they are immersed in other activities.

Chapter Four
THE PURE ECONOMY

            It is fundamental in the Econogenia – in addition to the fight against selfish individualism and liberalism – the introduction of ethical, moral and cultural factors when dealing with the economy.

            The idea of economics that emphasizes the value of “freedom” without ethical limitation, that is, its isolated consideration of all other expressions of culture and life, is an aberration that must be fought. The economic benefit of some, through the misery or eternal indebtedness of others, is not an economy, but a trap that in short destroys citizens, but ultimately destroys the entire community.

The economic ethics and awareness of the national union must share the whole economy, because it depends not only on food, clothing and “quality of life”, in the material sense, but also the mental evolution of people.  

            Certain psychoanthropology works by the author have clearly determined a five-point loss in the IQ mean in heterogeneous populations in Argentina and Brazil over about twenty years. This does not mean that the circulator is replaced by “virtual credit”, unless we understand a value of h/h (man-hour) by such credit. This would otherwise occur in the event of a global collapse of civilization, as the emergency would cause survivors to lose all notion of money and would have to return to mere exchange of goods, until the new States become compliant and organized.

            The conception of the nation’s economic policy is one of the central points of its speculation and action. But as we have said before, in Ecologenia it is, together with the control of information and education, the most important tool, not the most important end.

            The modern theory of the process of change in the market is an economic aberration for the benefit of slavers, so it must acquire the people, a very different concept. From the establishment of the Ecologenic system, the economy is based on productive forces and distributive justice, not on the whims of financial speculators.
