Axioms

“Marxism and liberal capitalism have been implanted by the same hidden rulers around the world, those who manage money. Ecology is contrary to Capitalism, Marxism and all its derivatives. It is even in a stage superior to socialism, because it is not an “ideology”, but the Natural Policy of the Human Being”.

“Ecology is the only viable form of true democracy. It already existed with other names in long historical sections and partly in the modern. Today it is the only alternative that can save Humanity from its absolute slavery or extinction.”

ECONOMY AND COSMOVISION

            Someone said that “The decline or rebirth of the Peoples, they do not depend on a bad or good economic program, but on the weakness or consistency of the worldview that these people sustain.” In particular, we have the example of entrepreneurs who manage to build a company without going to usury capital, only through their work, teeson and faith. The same is true of states. The strength of a Nation is essentially given by the worldview of a “critical mass” of citizens, who are able to spread and permeate with their leadership, the collective spirit. At this moment, the heterogeneousness of populations, the diversity of criteria, sporting distraction and informational confusion, and the multiple deceptions crowded by all kinds of tricks, forces a more arduous task, but not impossible.
          The conditions for Ecology to become a reality are already given, since the partisan, polarizing and financial slavery political system has already fed up and terrified the masses. Even the richest countries have hit rock bottom and are disillusioned about most of the issues set out here, therefore it will not be difficult for them to understand and approve the Green Plan.

TRANSITION:

            Moving from the capitalist world to the Ecologenic world is not just “a great challenge” or “getting a utopia to happen.” That would be in the minds of those who have no idea what’s going on in the world right now. Nor is it just to “live a little better,” coming out of slavery and insecurity that everyone is feeling. The reality is that without being alarmist at all, this political transition is the only valid alternative for today’s factual powers to fail to assassinate some 7.3 billion people around the world, to leave only five hundred million, as the Georgian Guiding Stones indicate, and even some servants of economic synarchy have declared publicly. To be very honest, this transition may not be achieved peacefully around the world, but nothing will be more apocalyptic and bloody than what comes next, if this Environmental Program is not carried out, because the global genocide is already underway. We will no longer refer to this, which there are millions of documents and videos on the Internet (which at any time can also be deleted and has already been tried). The ways taken by the Great Transition will depend not so much on the reactions of capitalist power, but even more so on the mass that is able to raise awareness, on the number of leaders that emerge to carry out Ecology throughout the world, and – as has already been explained – that although Ecologenic political parties are formed as a paradox of necessity, then the partitocracy and its aberrations , their leaders and the mass do not allow detours and infiltrations thereof. Everyone who reads this writing must be a leader or at least an activator of the Ecologenia, in the task of disseminating, translating into other languages, meeting with their neighbors and putting into practice everything that is possible locally. Gradually the Neighborhood Unions have to become Assemblies, interconnect and form at all levels, the entire Assembly System, even in the current legal “democratic” form of one more political party. There will be all kinds of oppositions and attempts at deterrence, but neither the most tyrannical of the forces, nor the most effective intelligence services, will be able against peoples determined to emerge from slavery, misery, the reigning injustice and above all, the pressing danger of extinction of most of Humanity.

BASIC ECO-GENE GOVERNMENT PROGRAM

The National Assembly will dissolve the “Ecologenic Party” once established, since there is no partisanship, such a party being the paradox of necessity to achieve power peacefully. Given the Assembly system, power remains in the hands of the People and one of its purposes is precisely to eliminate the partycracy used to deceive the masses in false democracies. Ecology ceases to be party to remain only synonymous with Natural Policy. All this, without prejudice to the Leadership Criterion, which organizes, moderates and directs from the suitability of the best exponents of the People. Other parts of the Programme will be developed according to the needs of each country.
            1.- National Peoples have the right and ethical obligation to their offspring, to be independent of any external economy, and the only possible economy is provided by work. Therefore, in Ecologenia all forms of usury, agio, financial speculation or economic debauchery of individuals are prohibited.
           2.- There is only one bank with subsidiaries throughout the nation: The National Bank. There is only one currency, the National Currency and its pattern is the work, measured in h/h (hour/man).
           3.- All forms of “tax” are abolished, since the State controls the money and it will only serve as capital and lubricant for the work, commercial and State activity. The rental system is defined in the Econogenia program.
            4.- Amnesty Economic: All wealth of money or foreign exchange existing in the Nation is respected by the State and transferred to the National Bank. No capital will be confiscated, but no one will ever have a return of usury again. However, all capital will be insured by the State and its investment in agro, industry, trade and other productive economic activities will be facilitated, benefiting both the owner and the State.
 
          5.- The demographic distribution and distribution of work must be productive, fair, strategic and convenient for the Nation as well as for citizens.
            6.- The People are divided into citizens and civilians. Only citizens will be able to participate in politics.  Citizens are those workers or students over the age of 18, born or nationalized with more than ten years legally established in the national territory, who are willing to defend the Homeland without mercenary intent. Civilians are those foreign or under the age of 18, or those who must be under the protection of social security, such as the elderly, disabled, mentally or physically deficient, as well as all those who cannot or do not wish to access the right of military training or perform the duties that this entails. No citizen may have dual citizenship, except for the cases provided for in those treated with other Ecologenic States. No civilian can access the Assembly or political office, or be part of military or security forces.
           7.- All citizens have the same rights and duties.
            8.- The Armed Forces of the Nation are formed by all citizens and those who do so as a specialty, form the most efficient military system, formed first in ethics and Ecology, then in constructive capacity and finally in the capacity of war.
           9.- All companies are considered strategic, therefore they will belong to the State even if it is run by entrepreneurs.
            10.- Retirees, retirees or pensioners shall receive the minimum wage established by the National Assembly, and this may not be less than three times the cost of the “family basket”. (It is set to Econogenia as basic needs covered).
            11.- Land reform will be adequate to protect and stimulate peasantry, without closing the large agricultural areas that exist. Every productive agricultural enterprise must be protected at the same level as the industry. The abandoned land will be produced, avoiding expropriations as much as possible.
            12.- The illegal, usury and subversive traffickers of the economy are included as criminals of humanity, applying for them the maximum penalties determined by the Law.
            13.- All previous parliaments, chambers and political institutions, and laws, determined by the Assembly System, are inexorably implemented. Economic “bond” in criminal, civil or labour law is abolished.
            14.- The educational structure must be modified according to the T.E.O.S. Plan. (Higher Order Educational Treaty), in order to first train free, thinking, analytical and ethical persons. After fulfilling this condition, education will propose to train workers with high professionalism in all work-life orders. Private education is abolished, as the state must provide free education until the last year of university.
            15.- The State is responsible for comprehensive and fully public health and must provide maximum professional quality. Although private medicine exercised by the private doctor is not eliminated, private clinics may not be established.
            16.- Children under 16 years of age will not be able to work, except in the Labour and Sports Brigades where the work is voluntary, for which a high qualification in the studies is a condition. Enthusiasm for work or sport should not undermine the school process.
            17.- All the media of the Nation and the foreign press in the territory, will be controlled by the National Assembly. The private media have the same regulations as other companies regarding personnel, but all will be monitored by the Provincial or Local Assemblies, as appropriate. A chain of commands of Journalism is established, which becomes part of the state. Conscious political falsehood and its spread by the press, like any slander or subversion of the Ecologenic system, may be punished as a crime for humanity. Internal journalism may not be practiced by civilians, but by citizens. External journalism within the country will be monitored by national journalism where appropriate. The aim is not to “censor”, but to inform with absolute truthfulness and to punish deception, lies and subversion. No internal or foreign news may be censored as soon as it is true.
            18.- The State is absolutely secular (non-denominational) and guarantees the freedom of all religious confessions, to the extent that they do not jeopardize or offend with words or acts, the feeling of the nation or other religious confessions.
            19.- The Assembly System allows the expression and determination of all citizens in a true democracy, however, technical and legal measures that do not violate the will of the majorities, will be taken by the Assemblies’ Committees of Directors in accordance with the Assembly Constitution and under the Leadership Criterion.
            20.- The other points of the Ecologenic Program are inferred or found in the volumes of “Ecologenia”, “Constitution Assembly” and other annexes.
            21.- The economy must be at the service of the Peoples and not the other way around. Each country must form its Ministry of Econogenia, but all citizens must know this form of the economy, which represents the purest ethical tool for the administration of Ecologenic, Democratic, Republican and Assembly state.

ESSENCE OF ECONOMY AND ECONOMIC POLICY

I.– For the Ecologenic Movement, the economy is a desired objective and sought according to higher ends, a system of means aimed at an end, and this is the liberation of all yoke of the Peoples.

            Instead, the economy as an almost exclusionary objective of the ideologues of the World Government “Liberal”, also follows a but inferior end: The monopoly of the domination of the masses.

These definitions and their differences are explained as follows:

1) Economics is a means to an end, never an end in itself.

            The individual is asked: What is he well fed for, what is he in a good situation for? Our answer is: Collectively, for the fulfillment of a political mission, for the constitution and structuring of the State in which it must participate consciously. Personally to realize yourself as an individual and enjoy all the benefits that the state that makes up can give you.

2) Economic life is morally linked and is an expression of moody life.

            With the methodology of the economic applications of the present, the new concept of economics cannot be learned, for economic is not a question of purely rational causes, nor of effects of the purely economic nature, much on the contrary, to the economy belong also to all the values of nationality, customs, labour capacities, the intellectual and professional level of citizens, , his desires and aspirations, his quest for existential, personal, family and communal happiness.

            Economic activity also concerns the development of all the moral and atemic forces of the Nation.

            Economics are, on the other hand, determined by the irrational. Economic is not an activity alien to the spiritual and animic life of the people, but this field of human activity is inextricably linked to the total and indivisible life of the people. If there are impoverished individuals and countries and slaves to the yoke of money, it is not because economists misjudse the accounts, but because there is a concrete intentionality of economic subjugation on them, a plan based on and sustained on human weaknesses.

3) Economics is service to the community.

             The real economy, as a material factor of worldly happiness, is the will of the common good, manifested in the production of goods and resources, in a service to the whole people, in order to form the State. It is an abstract but effective tool, whose ultimate goal is to assure the people the dignified and safe subsistence, in order to devote themselves to Transcendence, to creativity, to Evolution.

            Economic life, like all human life, is only possible in community. Every community can only live and develop, if within it each member is fully consubstantiated with the spirit of altruism and sacrifice, that is, if each one joins the community for others and does not come from the beginning with the spirit of selfish vindication. Selfishness and economic individualism, i.e. “economic materialism” makes people and peoples slaves, slaves to greed, criminality and all subsequent vices of misery. One can already imagine what happens when the “politicians” of capitalism or communism – who are the ones who hold a part of the power (the one given to him by banks, clubs and other financial management corporations) – print this mindset of theirs in the population. Ecologenia is located in an evolutionary stage superior to all current policies.

            For an Environmentalist, the economy is on the one hand, the science of making just the benefit-sharing that the state creates, but also understands it as the natural and harmonious result of adding to the work of the People, Respect and Love of Nature along with the most appropriate use of technology and scientific advancement.

II.– The economic policy of the Ecology represents a doctrine of service, value and energy, which draws its forces from consciousness, the intimate union of citizens, the common destiny of the people and the political way of structuring the Assembly State. Economic policy is therefore properly conducted if state measures coincide, sustain and strengthen the values of nationality. There have been many ideological aberrations infiltrated into society by the architects of “neoliberalism”, desame metapoliticals whose basic purpose is global control, and one of the worst scourges has been the misrepresentation of the concept of nationalism and patriotism, assimilating or confusing it with “patriotism”, as if Love of the Fatherland could be “per se” excessive and jeopardize good relations with other homelands.

            This is how we have mercenary armies willing to invade other countries or crack down on the people themselves, rather than patriotic armies willing to defend one’s own against economic corruption or abuses by the tyrants of the financial economy. In the loss and devirtuation of national sense, peoples lose the most important factor that binds individuals to carry out a truly democratic policy and control their economy.

            It is not, then, a question of economics severing simple advantages for individuals; it is not, in any case, a question of placing first, the best and cheapest provision of material goods, but they are decidedly on the front line, the values of the people and safeguarding independence and national value.

            The new economic policy we call Econogenia should therefore never consider immediate profitability (so, for example in a measure aimed at creating work), but must be addressed in the long term, for the well-being of the people for generations, as well as the environment without the false protectionisms that some governments have on forested soil, etc., in order to keep the populations in the cities in the cities , easier to control and “rule.”
            Ecologenia economists must guard the development of productive forces. The release of tax burdens, the rupture with international usury and vocational labour order will produce the greatest miracle in any country that implements these measures. When it suits the merchants of death, they face countries in wars, even though nations can sustain themselves, produce weapons, feed and feed armies, and even improve technologies. How do you explain this? Well, it’s very simple: International bankers loosen the reins, the banking system “relaxes” to allow the peoples under economic respite, as they are serving their interests elsewhere. Achieved their objectives, they put the waste of usury, mortgage, etc., in full order, producing more misery that is blamed on the losses produced by war.
             Understood the economy as a service to the community, which can only be administered by the State, in which all citizens have a voice (without prejudice to the corresponding leadership), even countries with fewer resources, can turn erials and deserts into gardens and gardens. With current scientific and technological resources, applying Ecologenic criteria, our Beloved Gaia could keep many billions of people living in opulence, in abundance and variation of products, in social tranquility and economic security. And all this without more work than that that each individual can do following a proper vocational orientation, which is the most important piece in the economics of work. If an individual works what he does not like, to barely survive and pay a life-based financial sentence to have a roof, can he produce the same and in the same quality as one who does what he likes and enjoys his work as much as his rest? Those lucky enough to work on what they really want, amazes those who know him, it seems incombustible, because he works much more than “normal”.
            Imagine what the economy of a country can be like where each of its citizens is in its proper place, for which it is trained and psychologically at ease. A truly healthy economy is that which is integrated into an ecological, vocational, demographic and cultural picture; not the one that is intended to supply goods merely. But worse in the sick economy of the capitalist, false-communist, and “unifying globalist” system, financial mercantilism has led the masses to believe that “without money no community or individual can live or progress” and that “getting money” is the ultimate end to all work. Thus, even those who have been fortunate enough to find a work according to their vocation, stop enjoying the “Love to work”, to strive for the greed of the return or suffer fear and insecurity. Small entrepreneurs, usually creative, self-managed, who do not consume state resources, usually have in this a “33% thief partner” who does not give him anything. How can the economy of a country where 33% of GDP (in terms of money) pay for corrupt officials and bottomless political pockets thrive? That money, in this year of 2011, like most taxes, serves to “rescue banks”… That is to give out of our pocket, money to the loan sharks, who will lend it to us later (if they want) with a high interest.

            An Eco-gene economy is what helps the entrepreneur to produce more and better. Through the relevant bodies, set up by the Assemblies, companies are supervised to ensure their best functioning, to save resources through better technologies and to ensure their un safety with respect to the environment. The employer is not required to pay taxes on their production, but quite the opposite: It helps you produce! Instead of tax burdens, you are required to have a quality in the production or service you provide, a fairer distribution of profits, which will produce workers much more compliant and happy with your work, with your company and with the employer’s person. That’s the role of the state. And the employer and his employees do not need to maintain trade unions and trade unionists because in the relevant Assembly they have the same rights, the same voice and the same voting value, although there is a “Worker’s Advocate” function that will hardly need to intervene in a few times to improve safety or things like that.

III.– The economy is not an independent institution, which can be considered and governed in isolation, but is inextricably linked to the conception of the State and the Environmental world. To understand Ecologenic economic doctrine, therefore, it is necessary to explain some more fundamental ideas and their difference with the political doctrines that have governed the world so far, accumulating more misfortunes, hunger, war, injustice and suffering than all those known by previous civilizations.

DIFFERENCES WITH LIBERALISM AND MARXISM

            The Ecologenic worldview is in open opposition to that of liberalism and Marxism (78% and 22% of the world’s population respectively), so that we will briefly outline the essence of both currents, so that we know why liberalism and Marxism are rejected, whose ghosts move to all the policies of the market system and partitocracy as “right” and “left”. The “center” are only controlled dissent, mechanisms created to insert into the partitocracy those who do not commune with the extremes.

LIBERALISM AND INDIVIDUALISM

            Individualism completely marginalizes the state, blurs its relationship with the community and creates the false perception that the economy is in the hands of the individual; and sees in him the measure of all things. In the field of economic life individualism appears as liberalism and affirms that individual being needs total freedom for its development. It presupposes the individual as solely responsible for his misfortune if he was right to obtain a mortgage that he then cannot pay because he was out of work, makes him guilty of being poor and also guilty of being rich, because he is supposed to do so “at the expense of others”. In many cases, this is the case, but in any case, the mortgaged mass is, for liberalism, economically guilty of it. But in reality, it is only for “letting yourself be governed,” rather than demanding its participation in government decisions and by being fooled by the advertising of banks.

l.- The historical starting point is a long way off, by the year 326 A.D., with the first private bank, created by Constantine, but we will leave the millennium and a half that cost the slaves to inject the capitalist scourge into the world, and we will depart to synthesize, from the intellectual currents of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. These currents are characterized by discoveries, the progress of method of experimentation in the natural sciences; by relegating metaphysics; loosening religious ties; dissolution of the professional bonds that in the Middle Ages linked men into brotherhoods; by the spirit of the lights and by the natural right. The doctrines of those times are called:

1) Philosophy of lights: opposition to medieval obscurantism.

2) Rationalism: because they are based on reason. It was intended to reach the dominion of nature and the world, the state and society, by pure thought, by logic, without including the emotional or the spiritual. This makes man a piece of functional flesh with a bundle of thoughts, not a Being.

3) Natural law: as it holds that man is endowed with inalienable rights, from birth, although in practical reality no current does so.

4) Individualism: because man is the starting point of all consideration, without considering the values of the society to which he belongs and the Nature in which he is inserted.

5) Liberalism: as it falsely holds that the freedom of the individual stripped of all ligatures leads to the better development of the social and economic life of the whole.

            The consequent development of individualism led to today’s false democracy, as opposed to the authentic popular sovereignty generated by the Assembly system.

II.– Liberalism and individualism found their social, philosophical and socioeconomic development in the theories of physiocracy and in the theories of the classical English school of political economy (Richard Adam Smith was the “father” of liberal capitalism, although he certainly only gave body written to plans that had been implemented for centuries).

            According to these theories, the exaltation of the private good as the norm, was supposed to lead to the best and most harmonious development of society. The economy was to be liberated from all the mercantilist bonds and guardianships, and it was accepted that, from the free activity of man, a new organized world, capable of making all men happy, would be born. This conception could have been valid and had perhaps made ethical sense in times past, in which only small industry existed and in which, a free and total concurrence of artisans of equal economic and social power, could have led to the selection of the best. But it’s actually like saying that the human body works best if every cell does what it pleases. The original representatives of liberalism could not foresee in any way what the following generations would draw from their theories and the development of the technique in the centuries to come. From freedom came to debauchery. The technique and development of capitalism have led to social inequality and the denaturation of social might. Today, more than ever, each individual is indebted not only to their loans and mortgages or those of their parents, but also to debts that their country supposedly has with international banks.

            The capitalist economy was developed on the basis of a spirit that subordinates all means, technique and economy, capital and labor, in the service of the objectives of money, not to the true nature of man. That’s why it makes it a machine to want and look for money, so many fall into all kinds of dishonesties constantly, from the commercial “liar” to sell or not lose work, to theft and even murder. Weaker links, mentally and emotionally, fall to thousands in prisons and graves for financial reasons.
            The economic collapse of the current states, the global economic crisis and all its consequences, are the product of calculated economic planning, measured, statistically manipulated and mediamatically disguised. The financial economy and local economies are only in appearance totally free, only in appearance do they lack all technique, as if they had no more conduct than that do “the markets”, also as if it were a “spontaneous” ride. But in reality, there are no cheap chances, except for those who play in the stock exchange, as there is no chance for casino owners. They know very well the statistical rules, the law of possibilities and do not let in the mathematical genius who can make you “jump the bank”. The same thing happens on the Stock Exchange.

            Much of the liberal financial system works almost automatically, but the truth is that behind it all, there are some geniuses who have inherited a created system, were educated to maintain it and apply from time to time some “correctives”, so that the financial world goes where they determine it, either by removing and putting large amounts of money , wars here or there using their intelligence networks (much more effective than those of the states they control) or touching the springs needed to meet their goals. In other words, giving orders to any of his many older employees, among which are from kings to “financial advisers” to presidents, ministers and a long etc.. Only a highly nurtured and globally distributed mass, comprising Ecology, applying the Assembly Constitution and the Ecologenic Economy, can stop the aberrations of those bankers who have abducted humanity through the economy – forgive the term – “diabolical” of liberalism.

III.– The fault of individualism is not only that their theories, which perhaps originally had some ethical – and yet wrong – sense – harmfully influence social life, present and past time. His underlying aberration is that no individual can be considered “free” to such an extent that his personal economy can only be in his hands, unless he was a hermit jungle aboriginal and with some serious mental dysfunction that would lead to such behavior.
            The harms caused by individualism both psychological and collectively, are immense because there is cultural, economic damage and a whole series of scourges against the community, by the loss of the correct legal and political conception of the State.

            The idea of the state according to individualism is based on parties, that is, in the outright divisions of ideology. Individualism has atomized people, stripped them of their solidarity consciousness, and through parties they are joined by fanatical groups of such or such a color, of such or that mask of parlanchín, and then begins the absurd struggle of the number of voters, rather than the coherence in applying intelligence to discuss the most appropriate solutions for the community. Power is then reached by the sum of majority votes and is distributed proportionally with a second or – at most – a third majority, which represent generally totally antithetical opinions. In such a condition of “government,” only the owners of the money have real power.

            In individualism responsibility is relegated to “representatives”, and the Government quickly becomes a mass of automata officials. Rulers no longer feel like true drivers, priesthood-dedicated leaders, and if personal sacrifice is needed for the benefit of the People, but as the arms of power groups, and gradually digging into their accounts and relationships, personally they are only employees paid for by financial power.

            Opposition from other representative forces, after the goal of gaining and maintaining power, ultimately results in the total nullification of the capacity for action, as we have seen in virtually every country. The person who, by the work of liberalism, has been taken from his community, from his ward, from his most intimate social state, no longer feels like a member of a larger totality.

            Liberalism led, among many other mistakes, to an overvaluation of the economy itself, as if it were the ultimate goal, rather than the mere instrument. Economic values are considered to be the highest and worthy of the greatest effort. Economic success becomes decisive for the appreciation of man. The “Homo economicus” of the classical school, which the classics themselves had initially conceived only as an abstraction, today is a reality. If we were to define it anthropologically taking into account psychological differences and not just morphological differences, such “Homo economicus” is today a “Pithecantropus mercatoris” that considers the economy as the most important field of the human being. They were coined under liberalism and individualism, the sinister phrases: “economics is our destiny” and “so much you have, so much worth.”

            The consequence of this material and economic position was a conception of the world in which the supreme purpose in man’s life is to obtain the most complete satisfaction of needs, while consumerism invents “needs” in reason directly proportional to how much television is seen, and inversely proportional to how much reality is thought or measured. Against such an ideology, Ecologenia has embarked on the toughest struggle.

2 – MARXISM

            Marxism is, in view of those that have happened throughout the twentieth century, an aberrated form – for multiple reasons – of the true sense of communism, which, although still on a lower echenmon than Ecologenia, has been conceived by many communists – fortunately – closer to it, and in a much different way than what Marx wrote. Many who call themselves Marxists, have not even read Marx, or have not pondered enough read to find the fundamental contradictions, the aberrations of logic and the possible results if such a theory had ever actually been fully realized. However, it has sufficed to see the results of its partial application, the same – and agreeing with them – as in capitalism: The subjugation of the masses to central political power, as a mediator with global financial power.

            For Marxism, the supreme importance of the human person and his “personality”, with all the values that each individual has, is nullified and only serves to convert it into mass, in number added to the “human capital” of the State. Although much attention was paid in Russia to the vocational orientation in order to extract the state’s maximum benefit from each individual, in the Marxist conception that individual “belongs” to the State, rather than that the state belongs to him to the same extent that he belongs. This is one of the main differences with Ecologenia, where the individual is not merely a number to form a mass, and although in all aspects it contributes to the State, it belongs to the extent proportional to its participation in politics and the economy. This concept is of the utmost importance.

            Liberal economic thinking has been the foundation for the invention of Marxism and capitalism. Two politically irreconcilable currents, with carefully crafted nuances for each idiosyncrasy, in order to keep the local, national and global human mass divided. The “left” and the “right”, as the only ideas and possible paths for the realization of the Peoples.

I.– The following theories of Marx (Karl Heinrich Marx Pressburg, but whose original surname was Karl Mordechai) are guilty, above all, of philosophical, scientific and political materialism and class struggle.

a) Philosophical materialism. According to him, every being is matter and the way of existence of matter is dialectical contradiction. World thought is nothing more than the reflection of the material world. Abstract truths and mainly absolute and eternal truths must be rejected.

b) The materialistic conception of history. The history of an era does not derive from religion, philosophy, or politics, but from economic, that is, it is supposed to derive from economic activity. The most important principles of the materialistic conception of history are: 1) Material and economic relationships determine the history of peoples. On the basis of these material relationships, stands the so-called superstructure of society; it is counted as just “circumstantial accessory” religion, law, morality, politics, culture, science, etc. The total scope of culture is, according to this, unequivocally determined by the economy. And 2) History to the present, all social life, is the story of class struggle. Progress is made only by fighting one class against another. In this idea, the centuries of peaceful and harmonious coexistence of many peoples are forgotten despite their caste differences. In economic life there are no compatriots, but expoliados and expoliators. That is, constant enmity between employers and employees who, in contradiction with other parts of their own discourse, must disappear the patterns and become regents of the state or the state itself. In this way, the creatives are inevitably condemned to the tyranny of the workers, whether the theory is applied in politics in whole or in part. The contradiction encompasses the fact that there are no more employers, would be state employees an enemy caste that replaces the employer.

II.– The deplorable consequences of Marxism were:

1. Cultural decline because of materialism.
            “Historical materialism is the greatest, most general and unfortunate consequence of Marxism. It is proper the cultural poison that Marxism has injected into the spirit of the modern age.” The Austrian economist Othmar Spann rightly said But observing the consequences of its international effects in situations such as the Spanish Civil War (apart from “good and bad” that were not on the one hand or on the other beyond personal bestialities) Marxism has subjected the spirit by stripping it of faith in Love, taking away from man how little good religion gives him; has destroyed the innate goodness in the individual, and has aroused the lowest instincts, not only through the fanaticism of its difatism, but also and above all, by encouraging hatred among classes:

2. The disintegration of the people by the struggle of the classes.
            Entrepreneurs and workers consider themselves enemies and not as members of a people. One calls the other “stateless” and the other responds to “capitalist dog”. Despite perestroika and the great changes that have been made in the second half of the s. XX, the effects of Marxism can still be felt in corrupt trade unionism, in the use of these ideas by the false socialists of the parties that claim to be Marxism and in the ideas that many people still retain, in the absence of a correct objective historical revision. In an Assembly and Ecologenic State, distrust between classes is overcome and workers must be organized into community and in communion with employers. The worker must understand that the entrepreneur is not his enemy, but the creative who improves his life, that helps him to progress in his personal and national economy, and to grow professionally. Although it is logical that an entrepreneur, even though an Environmentalist, will earn more because he will apply more intelligence, more creativity, more responsibility and – above all – more hours of work, never that difference will be as much as happens in capitalism. But not because of the lower standard, not because the entrepreneur is less rich, but because in a healthy economy the worker is richer. And that is very important to understand, that when there is an Environmental economy, we cannot talk about “exploited poor”, but in any case, “less rich”. Although it may seem like a fiction, we’re not talking about anything utopian at all.

            A large part of the forces of labor were removed from the homelands by Marxism. In All Europe, faith in “the international” continues to make its own, coupled with its macabre wake, another “international” that turns Muslims into “enemies of the West”, was particularly damaging.  On the world chess board, the peoples’ mindset is prepared for all kinds of enmities and violent clashes. This applies the Polarity Act, in order to harness – like any parasite – the energy released by the opponents. That energy translates into arms sales, exploitation of any distraction, elimination of “non-consumer” people that are possible. For the reasons set out, the Ecologist Economy must end up banishing forever that ghost of Marxism that still endures in societies alongside the other not less nefarious of liberalism.

Chapter Two

THE CONCEPTION OF THE ECOLOGENIC WORLD
1.- MORE FUNDAMENTALS OF ECOLOGING

(a) Ecology is not merely a theoretical or representative program only rationally, but a genuinely democratic movement; a movement driven by primal popular forces, resident in the Human Soul, as well as of modern consciousness, who, although they seem contradictory to the one who has lived in the shadow of false democracies, these forces are the same and essentially represent a return of the Human Being to his best condition and more balanced power. Ecology is not a mere political plan or a simple economic plan. Both are only instruments that serve an infinitely more important purpose, such as the Transcendence of Man, which would only be impossible if we regained respect for Nature, Love of Truth and other Beings, intelligent and democratically consensual demographic control.
            Social Justice, Nationalism, Patriotism, Individual and Collective Solidarity, Well-Understood Ecology and all those values must be recovered in each individual so that they can be recovered in each Nation and only in this way can we change the world, make it happy and rid it of the yoke of the slave economy and the ideological traps that have been being held for centuries to have us captive and unhappy , mortgaged and controlled at best; or starved, sick and dead at worst. To put this in this way it may seem like a utopia, however, they intervene in the destiny of Humanity, a series of factors that are rationally analyzed it is shown that the release of these scourges is determined in one way or another. The unknown is how much suffering it must cost for the mass to learn that Freedom and Happiness are rights, and then do what it should. The totally opposite alternative to the realization of Ecologenia, is to live slaves and die slaves. And most of the world already lives a slave, he will die without transcendence, without a glimpse of happiness, not knowing what he was born for or why. Nature’s economy includes as “value”, especially that lacked by the human majority: metaphysical knowledge. That is why the Econogenia is outlined here as a material economic order, but not “materialistic”. Material economy is only the intelligent covering of material needs, so that the Being can increase those values without worries, dedicate himself with all the time he needs to his spiritual things, those that will give him that Transcendence, his Existential Happiness. If the caveman’s economy sought the survival of the group, the economy of the Ecologist state seeks the abundance, justice, Happiness and Transcendence of all citizens.

b) The movement cannot lack leaders. Authentic democracy is exercised through the Assembly System, but true leaders must be visible, not as in the market, where the apparent leaders are the employees of the powerful hidden. Leaders need to have the foundations and objectives of Ecologenia as constant beacons and to know how to instruct peoples on them. We must not “convince”, but “teach”, we must not captivate the masses with promises and deceptions, but with resounding and clear truths, with noble deeds, with all the necessary personal sacrifice. We must not fight for power as in the partycracy, but to work for the good of the people, the community, the nation and thereby contribute to the improvement of the whole world. The mission of an Ecologist leader is first and foremost a mission of Love, of pure Altruism, values already lost by the political caste of the Age of Usura, which in a few more decades will go down in history as the time of mass deception… Or there won’t be anyone who can tell the story.

            No matter how many difficulties arise, how many attacks are made by the obsolete ideologues of the global market system and the partycracy, who have not yet understood that the world cannot continue under its clutches, that they have not yet learned of the entropy suffered by their slave system. It doesn’t matter how many technological means they have to produce genocide, or how many spies they have infiltrated everywhere. Ecology is an overwhelming force typical of the Evolution Act, that even if it is “writing” at this time for the usefulness of future leaders, and even if I have given it this name which is the only thing I have “invented” about it, I must confess that I am only “describing” it, because more than a proposal, it is in some way a prophecy a prophecy , though not mystical, but scientific. It depends on the algebraic sum of all our wills, it is up to us to practice it with the advantages of centuries of technological and scientific evolution, or to live it by the force that survival imposes in a new “cave age”.

c) The proposal is that we be partakers of its realization now and avoid the disasters that would entail the uncontrolled collapse of the system, rather than letting Ecologenia have to be created by survivors of the wars and mass annihilations for demographic control that are cooking the current owners of the system.

             The purpose is to do what Mother Nature loved and for most of the human mass, Therefore the leaders of ecology must begin to mobilize right now, reading these books as often as necessary so as not to lose their way; both for a correct oratory in the Assemblies and to sow in every consciousness the participatory spirit, and to implement the plans on the material face, without losing sight of the Ecogen spirit for a moment.

            This worldview may bear some resemblance to some historical revolutionary movements in various countries, but the world and humanity are changing at an accelerated rate. We cannot remain in the principles that served in other peoples and at other times in history, but we must rescue from them the best. Just as the individual learns, people learn; and just as the child who does not learn or wants to learn, peoples who are not willing to do anything courageously to evolve, are slaves to their ignorance and unscrupulous exploiters. So the “Ecologist Revolution” is above all a revolution of The Consciousness of Humanity, which must destroy and transcend its psychological scourges. Even if we treat the economy as the main topic of this book, its postulates could not be fully implemented if these are not related to the catharsis/mass psychological cleansing, which leads to the understanding of each that we are not mere numbers, nor mere “producers”, much less, “consumers”. It must be understood that production and consumption are important means in an inevitable mechanism of human development, but never exclusive purposes in a healthy, frank, natural, evolved and evolutionary policy.

            Ecology is not difficult to represent and understandable in literary and rational terms. All you have to do is imagine how you’d like to live, including others. That is: Instead of thinking about “how I would like to live”, (massive mental product, generated by centuries of individualism and moneycracy, seeing opulence and living misery or the other way around) imagine “How I would like us to live“. Because it is not possible to live in a better world if it is not the world of all of us who live in it. The misticoids that induce the practice of mentalism to use “The Secret” and those things of a non-scientific metaphysics, make you believe that there will be a world for each, “as you mentalize.” But that’s not true. Everyone’s feelings, thoughts, words and actions affect everyone, so by Law of Cause and Effect, everyone will have what he deserves, but you’re not going to earn a million dollars no matter how much you mentalize it, or you’ll have it in the midst of total unhappiness, if you don’t mind that millions of people die today and you’re not interested in doing anything about it. , because the economy of “your world” is whether you want it or not, subject to the world in which you participate. You will not create an “etheric dimension” separated from the reality of the world, or anything like that, no more than praying to all the saints, however much you mentalize, no more than “decrees”… The decrees of an Ecologist Assembly in which you participate, that will give you anything you want and even more than you imagine.

            Some interesting questions for the general public, but especially for those who will be the leaders of the Ecologenic Movement: Do I like to live poor and never reach economic tranquility? Or do I like to be rich among the poor who envy or want to steal mine? When we look at shanties on the one hand, and on the other we see houses that look like luxury prisons, do we still think we live in a fair and good system for someone?

            Ecology appeals mainly to solidarity instincts because there are currently no peoples with clearly differentiated values. Its symbol is simple and easy to understand by feeling, rather than for reason, by any culture, by any race. Totally contrary to the “$” sign that dominates the mercantilized world, which he wants to subject definitively with the high technology of microchips, virtual credit and all these inventions that Machiavelli could not even imagine.

            Ecologenia was enclosed for centuries in the deep longing of each person with a minimum of Love and Dignity. But the intellect failed to give it body, because there are phenomena that cannot be easily defined in their rational essence, because they belong to the Human Soul. They can be explained and explained with absolute scientific rigour, but philosophical materialism and misunderstood Cartesianism have concealed these realities. Today, in order to make the Ecologenic World a reality, it is possible to appeal politically to the values of consciousness and the Soul, less and less abstract through Evolution, as well as to logical philosophy or by mere political instruction where the need for survival is combined with the need for transcendence. Not only do we want to survive, we don’t lack food and a little security, but we need to live really safe, really good and happy. It is our RIGHT by Natural Law and the Ecologenic doctrine is El Camino. There was never better practical and massive application of the “doc-trina” (Knowledge of the Three), which is Love, Intelligence and Power, as respective reflections of Being, Consciousness and Will. This needs to be explained in order to be clear about what purposes the Eco-gene Economy should serve, which is not an end in itself, but an instrument, as explained above.

            Love is the reflection and exclusive attribute of the SELF. It’s what sets a Being apart from any “thing.” No Being exists that does not have Love as its essence. No “thing” can emanate Love, even if it represents it (a work of art, a symbol, etc.). Love is an evilnation of Being (of all Beings). Although sometimes it seems that someone “has no Love”, what happens is that it has diverted it to material, does not manifest it, counterpolated it in “Hate” or unbalanced from its other Essential Attributes:

            Intelligence is a reflection, manifestation or effect of CONSCIOUSNESS. No “thing” possesses consciousness, even if it has – like a computer – a programmatic intelligence, that is, given by some Being.

            Power is nothing but the manifestation of WILL. And only The Being has Will. “Things” have no will, they can’t have it. A robot can be programmed, but it has no Consciousness but “programmatic intelligence”, nor does it have Will even if it has some Power according to its programming, nor can it have Love, even though it can be lovingly programmed and can even appear Love.

            Man, like all Beings, has Love, Intelligence, and Power. An Ecologist society is one where this “Doc-Trina” is known to each and every citizen and applied its principles in perfect balance. The Ecologist leader will need to be more educated in these aspects, but these simple explanations are sufficient for the conscience of the common citizen to awaken and begin to understand how important it is to detach itself from the idea of economics as a ultimate goal.

            The average man of recent centuries dreams – and believes – that he can only be happy if he has enough money. He believes that money is what gives him everything, without realizing the monstrous trap in which he has fallen, because in reality money is, through his controlled lack from the centers of economic power, which limits him, which does not let him do many things, which impells him to lie, defraud, murder and commit all kinds of atrocities. The vast majority of crimes committed for centuries are purely “economic” causes, including crimes forced by the circumstantial misery of marriages, which are recorded as “crimes of passion.” Weak minds, burdened by debts, mortgages and even economic rivalry in the livelihood of the home, end up suffocating and gradually analyzing a number of cases of “gender-based violence,” we find the same causes of economic burden.

            The degeneration of fundamental philosophical concepts in almost all ancient schools, the distortion of history and interpretations of economics, also come to us through all channels dominated by usury sinarchy. If the world maintains a poverty mindset, it will be poor. If humanity breaks with it and begins to imagine itself rich, the great demons who control the planet’s finances will not be able to maintain their system, which requires the poor, not to support the rich, but to be able to subdue them through deprivation and helplessness.    
          The Ecology movement is really well known when one adheres to it, when the mind is able to imagine the world in which one wants to live, and not only the imagined private wealth with which lottery ludopaths dream or the false metaphysics who live “decreeing” to make money.

2.- More About the Environmental Program:

            The Ecologenic Program on the first pages is complemented by the following concepts: Leaders promise to fight for the realization of the preset points, without regard for the sacrifice of their lives. Without that condition, no party, no religion, no bad or good ideal, has even had a chance to get started. An Ecologist leader must have as an eternal beacon of his conscience the phrase “Kill or die, rather than living a slave”. There is no Love greater than that of the one who desires for others, for his children and grandchildren, and for all generations to come, a worthy and happy world that deserves to be lived.

A) The programme contains a number of measures that partly represent distant purposes, but most are urgent in nature, therefore their applications and effects must be immediate. The thesis will be quoted as soon as they are of an economic political nature, in what follows, in the corresponding place or in future books. Any technical contradictions or errors in these writings will be corrected by the Ecologenic Party or the Assemblies, as appropriate.

B) The details and concepts have been commented on by the author, although they come from different contributions from economists and from the historical experience of various eras of Humanity, with the adaptations to the present situation and anticipating the future. Economic theorists should not worry too much about how to achieve the necessary changes, but aim directly at the target, to be clear about the goal. Government Executives, elected and supervised by the Assembly State, will be the leaders who will lead the way. Unlike in Market Age metapolitics in which the real rulers are bankers, Ecologenic economists are scientists, workers, state executives, but not politicians.

            Ecology, although in some countries it must first form a match to reach the masses, is much more than a party or dogma in the original sense of the word; it is a creative revolutionary principle, a fluid movement and fluid accomplishments, a primary force that encompasses and informs by being Natural, because it is imbued with the human original spirit, with all its best wishes and aspirations, which through solidarity, mutual necessity and Love, allowed the formation of the Peoples.

3.- THE ENTHUSIASM: The truly creative forces that can do everything, that form and inform the whole realm of life, are the forces of enthusiasm.

A) The forces of enthusiasm are no stranger to the spirit, as intellectuals always assume, but, however chaotic and reported, they are an elementary disposition of the spirit, which can be easily formed and directed. As derogatory as materialistic science is to this emotion, or rather to this “mood,” enthusiasm is the most powerful creative force that exists. Out of enthusiasm, it is often rated “moral state”, of the troop or of the whole of workers. Moral state may or may not contain enthusiasm, but it is beyond what simple psychology can measure in some way.

            Its potency is what drives the vocation, which promotes the strongest determinations in the individual or the collective, which leads the athlete, the artist or every person in general, to overcome their own barriers and overcome physical barriers or circumstances that seem impassable to those who do not develop this force. What kind of enthusiasm can be better exploited than the enthusiasm for an infinitely better and meaningless way of life that is drawn to finance and international market politics?

B) The spiritual and moody revolution necessarily encompasses the whole realm of life. This means a profound change in the entirety of our cultural thinking and feelings. Overcoming the hardship of the world is the task, and culture, economics, politics, teaching, science, etc. must collaborate in the same way. Over time, when the spiritual and animic revolution has finished completely there will be a danger that Ecology will more in shape, regulation and rationality, but metaphysics must be entrusted in interdisciplinary practice with other sciences, for they must keep burning the flame of the Spiritual Transcendence of society, in harmony with all religions.

            The true creation of the right mood, of collective enthusiasm, which can promote a non-bloody revolution, will be in revolutionary youth. The 15 M (May 15 in Madrid, or “Movement of Puerta del Sol”) was a good sample, although infiltrated and taken advantage of by groups that have nothing to do with an organizational mechanism like the one that is needed to really implement the Ecologenia. Anyway, “the outraged” are also across the spectrum of ages, but it’s time to move from “outrage,” to determination. NEXT PAGE…
